We are not sharing any other blogs this week (or may be longer) as our voices are not the ones that need to be heard. Our white, female perspectives are not the ones that need representation.

We strongly encourage you to begin to educate yourself (if you haven’t already), as we educate ourselves. Be respectful of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) offering education by paying them for their work, listening, and listening some more. Be respectful by learning to work through your feelings in private. Be respectful by keeping whatever “work” you do to yourself. Let your learning and unlearning be reward enough.

We have much to learn. We have much work to do. We are long overdue.
