Torture Report: Dogs & Vacation

(G): It’s the dog days of summer and this week I got my exercise mostly by walking some of these fur balls.

Getting on the serious health wagon. I’m off caffeine, alcohol, sugar and gluten. Whew!

(L)  This week we have found ourselves exercising with a beautiful view.  We have done  a little hiking, swimming, kayaking and overall frolicking in the sun and rain.
