i hate to say this, the phone won’t go off today BUT after reading this and other things, the phone will go off when I am with my grandkids, or at least where i can’t see it, so when i am talking to them i am not looking at a screen or thinking of something else. also at meals with a three and six year old. lets talk, lets laugh, lets eat our home made happy meals!!
I don’t think the phone technically needs to be “off”. But as you say, looking at your grandkids and not at the screen. Listening to what they have to say, looking them in the eye, having conversations uninterrupted by our technology. I love it!
