#365 Being

As we begin a New Year, we will begin a new challenge at Lowi & G. We believe in always trying to evolve and looking for things that help us along that path.  We have both been on our own journey to take back our health; our lives over the last year.  In the process we have learned a lot about ourselves and we want to continue challenging ourselves to grow in the New Year.  We thought you might like to join us.

Normally, we would have spent December just relaxing and trying to make our vacation from writing the blog  last as long as possible.
This year, we have been doing things differently.  We have finally realized that,  like Einstein, If you want to change and grow, you can’t keep doing the same things and expect different results.

Today, we are rolling out our plan for the New Year.  It’s called #365Being and it’s about being the best version of yourself.

In January, we are starting with the Foundation – #365 Being Intentional.  If we don’t have a plan and live our lives without intention the whole thing crumbles.  You  cannot build a new life upon a wish or a dream.  This month we will focus our attention on intentionality.  We are even going to dial it back a little more so we are sure you are on the same page.
We will share more next week when everyone is back in the game and not nursing their overindulgences, but we have a few things you can do NOW.

As you prepare for your first week of 2020 let’s just intentionally drink more water and get a little more rest which means going to bed a little earlier. While we are at it,  let’s throw out those holiday cookies.

This is where we will start.  At the beginning. No throwing you into a  packed gym when you aren’t hydrated, rested or remotely prepared.

It’s a new year, a new decade and a new you.  Let’s do this together.

Sunshine & Sarcasm,
Lowi & G
