Happy New Year!

This year was my first year keeping a Happiness Jar and New Year’s Eve was the night for the big reveal! I have to say it was more than I expected. When I was putting moments in the jar throughout the year I thought they were things I wouldn’t forget.

I was wrong.

I had forgotten many of the moments. Moments that made me smile, moments that made me tear up a little, and moments that made me laugh out loud.

What did I learn? I learned that there were ups and downs like any year, but overall, it was a great year. When you chronicle all of the little moments they add up to a year to be grateful for.

I will definitely be doing a 2015 happiness jar!
