Family

(L) Big shout out to G because she is down in the Everglades this weekend running a 50K!  Stay on the trail and away from the gators G!! Can’t wait to hear about that in next week’s Torture Report!

I also want to say how much we love our families for being such good sports with this blogging thing.  I mean, we have thrown almost all of them under the bus in the last few weeks and we will take more prisoners next week when we blog about our sister, Baby Lisa!  So, thank you, we love you and sorry to say, it won’t be the last time you see your names or photos in print.

Late Night Television

(L) My newest love is Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show.  I have always been a fan of Jimmy, especially when paired with my man JT (that’s another blog), but this week has sealed the deal.  It’s also easier for me to love since it comes on at 10:30 mountain time!  If you haven’t checked it out, it’s Friday, stay up late and watch!

The other thing that I love is that on his first night as the new host he said his goal is to make people smile, laugh and enjoy life.  Yes!  That is exactly what we are trying to do here at Lowi & G.  When do we start getting paid the big bucks?

Books

(L) Last week I told you how much I was loving, “Me Before You.”  I could not put it down until I finished it last weekend.  I just had to follow up and say that this is a must read.  This is one of those books that sticks with you, but don’t’ forget your box of tissues!

Experiences

(G)Vacation and warm weather : It only took about 5 hours on the road to hit Tennessee and along with entering the land of the Volunteers, we also discovered 65 degrees. For those of you who have been in the deep freeze for weeks, you can appreciate the divinity of 65 degrees. We have now arrived in Sarasota, Florida and it is in the 80s. Amazing and much thanks to the Bartons for always being such kind hosts.

Food

(G)Chipotle Vegetarian Bowl GEORGIA!: All love goes to the Chipotle in Atlanta Georgia that we stopped on during our Florida road trip. Lately my local Chipotle has gotten super stingy on the rice, beans and well anything else I ask for in my burrito bowl. I don’t eat meat or cheese so you think they could give a girl some extra rice? Thankfully, my Georgian counterparts were showing me the love. After about 8 hours on the road I was/am eternally grateful.
