We are almost to the halfway point in our 100 days of happiness experiment. Just like anything that lasts 100 days sometimes it’s a job and it seems like nothing is “worthy” and sometimes we can’t wait to post. That’s part of what makes this interesting. It makes us be on the lookout for good. Finding what’s “wrong” is far too easy — and soul-sucking.
If you’ve been thinking about joining in but you don’t because: we’ve already started, you can’t commit to 100 days, or you think nobody cares… well let us squash all those reasons.
First, you can make a commitment to find what’s right in your life for 100 days whenever it feels right. Start today. We “made” the rules so clearly we can break them.
Second, you can share/post only when the spirit moves you. If you post once, 12 times or all 100, we want to hear from you.
Lastly, WE CARE what makes you happy. period.
So get out there and tell us. What’s the worst that can happen from sharing joy? That’s right, more joy.
Check out the week that was in happy, especially our rule-breaking video here. (Why rule-breaking? Cause it’s a video. We’re such rebels)
Peace out,
Lowi & G
